While Rafe received a new soccer ball on his actual birthday, the celebration occurred a few days later when Oma and Opa could join us. His traditional cake is blueberry cheesecake. I love how earnestly Kai is watching him ~ anticipating his own special day in a few short weeks, no doubt.
Are we ever too old to enjoy barreling about on a sturdy trike? Certainly not!

It is so strange to look at these guys and remember when they were born. It doesn't seem possible that it was 5 years ago, yet at the same time it seems like many more than 5 years ago. Congrads and hugs all a round!
