Rafe's 4 year old face radiated such pure, unadulterated joy when he gave me this note. The simple pleasures really are the best, aren't they?
My attempt to get a good photo of the little boys was stymied by Kai's constant motion, but in many ways, this picture is more captivating than a posed shot.

This is really cute! I have to admit getting a bit choked up even! But I like the realness of both these pics, the handmade sweet love note, and the real, happy, active boys in their cold-weather gear...
For some reason the picture of the boys isn't loading into my computer. But the card is! It makes me happy just to hear about it and see it online! So sweet.
