After a thoroughly wet, chilly Saturday and two days of a miserable cold, I woke on Whidbey Island to clearing skies and a palpable spring-like feel to the air. Good running weather. And so I did. Ran the half marathon as planned and spent the rest of the day talking Organic Valley with visitors to a trade show in Seattle. Any day that includes an island is a good day.
